Every published award on six cooperative purchasing vehicles, and the reseller networks underneath them. Type any vendor. See their actual position. A contract vehicle makes you buyable. It does not make you bought.
Data harvested 2026-07-23 from the vehicles' published directories. Every row links to its source.

Counts as of 2026-07-23. GSA is not listed because schools and local governments may only reach GSA schedules for IT and security products under the Cooperative Purchasing Program; curriculum cannot be bought through GSA at all. The reseller layer adds Carahsoft's published rider lists: 2,239 vendors on its NASPO cloud contract, 1,693 on OMNIA, 592 on TIPS.
Every row is harvested from the vehicles' own published directories: the TIPS all-contracts listing, Sourcewell's awarded-contract directory, OMNIA Partners' supplier directory, the Texas DIR active-contracts dataset on data.texas.gov (first-party, including the prime-to-reseller authorizations), Choice Partners' public vendor directory, NASPO ValuePoint portfolio award lists, and Carahsoft's own contract-vehicle vendor pages. Nothing here is estimated. One precision worth stating: the "zero core basal publisher awards" figure refers to core curriculum. Corporate families can surface through other divisions; the lone example in the data is NWEA, the assessment division of HMH, which holds one Choice Partners award for educational materials. Search "NWEA" and you will find it, which is the point: the lookup shows what is actually there.
Limits, stated plainly: this is a snapshot as of the harvest date above. Vehicles re-bid categories and distributors update rider lists continuously, so always confirm against the linked source before you act on a row. Choice Partners does not publish expiration dates publicly. BuyBoard, 1GPA, AEPA, and PEPPM are not yet covered. A vendor's absence here means they hold no award on the covered vehicles, not that they cannot sell to schools; classroom content is mostly bought through state adoption and district RFPs, which is the entire point.
Read the companion essay: Buyable Is Not Bought, on why contract vehicle access is the second-hardest problem in EdTech go-to-market, and why the hardest one is demand.
Vertical Intelligence maps the side no vehicle answers: which districts have the money and from which fund, where the incumbent is weak, when the adoption window opens. Ask it in plain English.
